About Elisa Mary Haggarty:
I’m Elisa, a Conscious Leadership Coach & host of The School of Unlearning Podcast. I committed to helping you shift the way in which you live and lead so that you can become who you are meant to be.
I have guided leaders and teams all over the world to shift the way they approach their individual health and the health of their teams. My work considers the role that emotions and radical responsibility contribute to individual and team dynamics by creating experiential programs that foster connection and growth. Consultants and coaches notoriously miss the mark when it comes to the role that psychological safety, emotional agility and soft skill development plays and my work fills this gap. I am most successful working with leaders and teams who understand the value in investing in themselves and their people.
Personal background:
I have sought to find and create meaning from every chapter of life and I empower my clients and the teams I work with to do the same. From my first heartbreak, first job loss, divorce and enduring the grief that comes with slowly losing my Dad to a rare form of Dementia, I am no stranger to hardship, I’ve found ways to use what has happened to help me evolve and become. Along the way, I’ve studied from leaders in the field of Functional Medicine like Andrea Nakayama, Gay and Kathy Hendricks and the founders of The Conscious Leadership Group.
I’ve started my own business, been a High School English teacher, traveled and lived internationally, worked for Parsley Health, a top 100 medical start up and each of these chapters has enriched my capacity to connect with humans from all walks of life and has influenced the way in which I coach my clients.
