Your business is not your product or service… it’s about the value you bring to humanity.
People don’t buy things because of the idea of it, they buy things because of the way the feel the impact of it.
I rarely make a purely rational decision in business or anything else. If it’s purely rational, it doesn’t involve the emotion or the spiritual element… it’s a do-over.
