Florencia Fridman: Cacao Ceremony and Maya Cosmo-Vision, Align Making Money With Your Divine Purpose
I met Florencia Fridman of Cacao Lab at a weekly cacao ceremony at the Assemblage in New York.
My life hasn’t been the same since I’ve introduced cacao ceremony into my life – this ancient plant medicine has been affecting how I share my truth, both on personal and business levels.
I ended up studying cacao ceremony and the benefits of ceremonial cacao deeper as part of Cacao Laboratory’s training, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. If you want to learn more about ceremonial cacao and learn how to make ceremonial cacao drink, go to What Is Cacao Ceremony.

About Florencia Fridman:
Florencia is a natural-born healer and self-empowerment artist working with heart opening therapies involving holistic nutrition, Ceremonial Grade Cacao, yoga, sound journeys, and breath work as instruments for transformation; creating a safe vessel for self-exploration. She facilitates ceremonies in different cities within the US and Central/South America.
Her curiosity to learn more about her Mapuche roots and connection to the land brought her to the exploration of the sacred. Although her family is Mapuche, Florencia has found a strong calling to the Maya traditions and has felt a deep connection to the land of Guatemala, where she feels most at home.
She has worked with Maya elders from Guatemala, studied at Las Piramides Del Ka– a metaphysics training that dives deep into the consciousness of dreams and meditation, has been working with rebirthing (a breathing modality) since the age of 8 with further training in her late teens, and received her yoga certification from Laughing Lotus in 2013.
In 2016, Florencia and her brother started a distribution company known as Cacao Lab to bridge the gap between the modern culture and the indigenous communities. Her mission is to expand the hearts and minds of those who are ready to wake up. Bringing consciousness to the importance of honoring the indigenous traditions and the indigenous communities living these traditions.
