About Clodagh:

Clodagh S.Higgins is a Digital Agency Coach, Consultant, Speaker, Author and Podcaster based in Sligo, The West of Ireland and works globally.

She specialises in working with owners of Digital Marketing & Sales Agencies across the world on how to market, sell, service and scale their businesses to success.

She was born in Dublin, raised in Sligo and started her career in 1995 working in Dell in Bray. She moved with them to the UK for two years and then from there onto Sydney, Australia in 1999 where she lived for 12 years. In 2001 she started working in sales and marketing with Sony In 2008 she set her own Digital Consulting Agency in Sydney discovering the world of Inbound Marketing.

In 2012 she made the decision to return home to Ireland to be closer to her family and to leverage the opportunities that were coming up in the software world as Dublin was becoming the tech capital of Europe and in order for her to grow professionally and personally. She established her agency Get Focused Digital Agency again with her long time friend, Ken who would then take over the business and she took a silent partner role.

When she turned 40 she started working in HubSpot where she was inspired to reinvented herself, how she looked and how she thought about her life. In HubSpot she got to consult to over 400+ agencies around the world about how to resell and service the software they had purchased for their own business and their clients. Overtime she found her consulting calls moving past the basics and onto conversations about the profitability of their bottom lines, how to create a hiring strategy and how to improve their team culture. This lead to her being hired as part of the Avidly merger team in the Growit Group as a full time Agency Coach & Consultant.

She has spoken at conferences internationally, twice at Inbound in Boston and once at Traffic & Conversion Summit 2019 in San Diego.

She is passionate about helping Digital Agency Owners to have successful businesses and regularly interviews them on her podcast – Agency Life

In her spare time she is a Powerlifting on the Irish 100% Raw Team and competes globally, she also likes to create clothing and art in her Creative Retreat in the West of Ireland.
